Our broker, E. Ann Redfield, has a mission to lead her office to success based on integrity and 100% customer satisfaction. Ann was licensed as an agent in 1976 and has experience as a manager, title and closing officer and REO/short sale specialist. She is continuously educating herself and obtaining new certifications and designations to help put our office at the forefront, so far obtaining certifications of Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), and Five Star Short Sale Specialist. She has an open door policy with all of her agents and staff and is available to answer any questions you might have about the home buying and selling process.
Unlike the other real estate companies in the area, our office has an "in-house" Closing Department. We are the "ONLY" office that prepares all of your closing documents for our listings right in our office rather than have a third party prepare them for us. We feel that it is very important that you be able to come directly to us with any questions you may have.
The Closing Department is located in our office and is always available for our customers and clients, as well as the sales associates working in the office. This is very beneficial to all concerned and enables you to get your closings scheduled and any questions answered immediately.
Technology and education are key priorities for our office and our agents, and we pride ourselves on providing training in sales, leads management and REO processes to our staff.
